OURROC-SWF continues a long tradition of maintaining an organization for the benefit of our Member Parks in Southwest Florida. We offer information and support to 23 parks comprised of approximately 6,000 units.

The focus of OURROC-SWF continues to be Resident Owned Communities and Professional Members who provide service and support to the parks in the Southwest Florida area. In addition to our Board Training Conferences, presentations have focused on insurance, hurricane preparation, legal issues affecting Resident Owned Communities, and “roundtable discussions” focusing on member-generated concerns.
